Subscription and Submission Fee Policy for Indian Journal of Physiology and Allied Sciences

1. Submission Fee

All authors submitting manuscripts to the Indian Journal of Physiology and Allied Sciences are required to pay a submission fee at the time of submission. The fee structure is as follows:

  • Society Members: INR 500 + 18% GST
  • Non-Members: INR 1,000 + 18% GST

The submission fee is non-refundable and must be paid to initiate the peer-review process. Manuscripts submitted without payment will not be processed.

2. Subscription Fee (Post-Acceptance)

Upon acceptance of their manuscript, authors are required to subscribe to the journal as a part of the publication process. The subscription ensures access to physical or digital copies of the journal and continued support for its operations.

The subscription fee structure is:

  • Society Members: INR 6,000 + 18% GST
  • Non-Members: INR 12,000 + 18% GST

Authors will be notified upon acceptance and will need to complete the subscription payment before their article is published.

3. Payment Guidelines

  • Payments can be made via online transfer, bank draft, or any other modes accepted by the journal.
  • The journal office will provide payment instructions at the time of submission and upon acceptance of manuscripts.
  • All fees must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Refund Policy

  • Submission fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the peer-review process.
  • Subscription fees paid post-acceptance are also non-refundable.
